If your jobless- look for jobs or look for ways to use any skills you have to make money.
If your divorced or dealing with loss or disappointment-you can talk to a close friend or family or anyone you trust about it or seek professional counselling or join a support group.
If your battling depression -you can talk to a doctor or counsellor or close friend.
Peer pressure-you can find ways to avoid situations that may make you want to drink-like meeting in a bar.
Trouble sleeping-there are ways to improve your sleep like going to bed at the same time every day and not reading or working in bed and using it only to sleep and improving your sleep hygiene.
