Do NOT delay the decision to quit by cutting back.

There is NO way out .Its better to quit before your body quits on you.

It is always better to leave on your own terms.

The body never lies.

We could make excuses or give reasons for why we decide to quit tomorrow and not today but the truth is that when your time is up, it is up and there is no turning back.

We can lie to the world but the biggest disservice is to lie to ourselves. Make a tough choice for your OWN benefit.

Take the tests below to determine if you need to ‘Quit’ or ‘Cut back’.

They have few give away signs of heavy alcohol use. Spouses/housemates are best placed to detect these kind of people. If you are in this category, you should QUIT.
